About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Managing Director (CWS Hygiene CZ/SK) to support the daily operations and strategic projects of our Managing Director across both Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and is passionate about operational excellence and internal collaboration.
You will not only provide direct executive assistance, but also play an essential role in internal communications, project coordination, event planning, and supporting business functions such as sales, legal, ISO documentation, and office management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Daily support to the Managing Director – managing calendar, prioritizing tasks, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Drafting and editing internal communication, memos, emails, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Organizing meetings, business travel, internal events, and customer visits.
- Managing business projects such as office layout planning, internal events, or furnishing coordination.
- Supporting office logistics and procurement of office and stationery supplies.
Business & Project Coordination
- Preparing sales reports and analyses in Salesforce.
- Supporting sales campaigns – bonus calculations, results tracking, and internal communication.
- Maintaining price lists in MS Dynamics 365.
- Coordinating employer branding and internal communication activities.
- Supporting the Managing Director in executing strategic initiatives and internal transformation projects.
- Monitoring and reporting on project status and deliverables.
- Coordinating communication across departments and business partners.
Legal & Compliance Support
- Acting as liaison with legal offices on company-related legal topics.
- Coordinating communication with regulatory authorities regarding product compliance and certifications.
- Administering ISO documentation and supporting both internal and external audit processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting executive leadership.
- Fluent Czech or Slovak, and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Independent, detail-oriented, structured work approach.
- Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel within CZ/SK.
- Clean criminal record.
