• Customer Care: Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• New Customer Acquisition: Drive growth by acquiring new customers for rental and CWS services.
• Meeting Preparation: Plan, prepare, and conduct customer meetings independently.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop tailored solution proposals for potential clients.
• Quotation Preparation: Create and present competitive price quotes to customers.
• Contract Management: Handle all contractual documentation efficiently.
• Sales Administration: Manage sales agendas and work within the CRM system – Sales Force.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate effectively across departments.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
• Education: University degree.
• Driver’s License: Group B.
• MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling comprehensive service solutions.
• Reliability and Responsibility: Dependable and responsible.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships based on a win-win principle.
• Openness and Enthusiasm: Open to new experiences, enthusiastic, and determined.
