The work dungarees are the ideal clothing companion for physically demanding work under harsh conditions like constant exposure to heat. The Tecapro^® high-performance textile satisfies the requirements of welder protection class 2 and protects the employee reliably against weld spatter, molten metal splashes, electrostatic charges, heat and flames. At the same time, the new material impresses with optimal wearing comfort, high breathability and excellent freedom of movement.

Tecapro^® is a blend of 79% flame-resistant cotton, 20% polyester and 1% Static Control™. The material weighs just 450 g/m² and is exceptionally robust, resistant and durable, plus it retains its shape, colour and protective qualities even after many washes. In addition, the textile has a very smooth surface, which repels metal splashes effortlessly.

Together with the work jacket, the dungarees form excellent personal protective equipment for all kinds of welding work. Please note: The clothing must cover the arms, legs and neck at all times.

The dungarees feature a concealed fly, elasticated braces with quick-release buckles and reflective stripes around the legs at calf height. Stretch inserts on the sides ensure a high degree of wearing comfort. In addition, the dungarees have a total of six pockets including a bib pocket and a reinforced bellows pocket with a folding rule compartment. Concealed press studs and flaps guarantee the necessary protection against flames and metal splashes – nothing can get through.
