Your tasks

  • Development and implementation of new/alternative and sustainable logistics and supply chain concept

  • Identify opportunities in existing supply chain processes and new concepts to drive performance improvements across the European Workwear Division

  • Set framework for logistics concepts through discussion and negotiation with internal and external partners

  • Setup project plan for implementation of logistics concepts and analyse benefits and feasability

  • Coordination of internal and external stakeholders at any time within project work

  • Supporting and consulting other logistics teams in their logistics projects

Your profile

  • Educated to graduate level in logistics, distribution or supply chain

  • Experience in change- and project management in a matrix organization. Experience with service logistics. Provides Lean Tools expertise such as DPM, 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, TPI.

  • Thinking ‘out of the box’ and self-reliant working mindset

  • Strong analytical and creative personality that is not afraid of challenging situations

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint etc.). Experience or knowledge of ERP- systems, planning-tools is a preference

  • Spoken and written German and English is a must
