Duisburg, 27th August 2019. The CWS Group, a complete system provider in the solution areas of Hygiene, Floor Care, Workwear, Fire Safety, Cleanrooms and Healthcare took over the Munich-based company CR Corporate Fashion GmbH in July. The takeover will incorporate all existing contracts with customers and stock.

The corporate fashion segment at CWS has experienced significant growth in recent years, as workwear communicates both responsibility and professionalism. In addition, it also helps nurture team spirit. For this reason, CWS is endeavouring to expand its current service offering in the relevant areas.

CR Corporate Fashion also offers workwear and has established an excellent name for itself in the field of aviation in particular. Alongside an extensive standard range, the company offers customised apparel featuring company logos. After 30 years of success with the company, owner Marko Cesar was looking for someone to take over the reins. For CWS, the company represents a great acquisition in the fields of aviation, security and tourism, which is why the company is also taking over all the textile service provider’s existing contracts with customers and stock. Marko Cesar will remain active at CWS as a consultant. CR Corporate Fashion did not employ any other staff besides the managing director.

“CR Corporate Fashion serves a wide variety of customers in the aviation sector and therefore offers excellent opportunities for us to expand our business in that market,” explained Robert Beckmann, Head of Corporate Fashion at CWS. “We are looking forward to working together with Marko Cesar, the former managing director of CR Corporate Fashion, who will be offering us valuable support in the months and years to come and helping drive forward the integration in our field.”

CR Corporate Fashion’s customers will benefit from a more extensive CWS service offering and a more comprehensive product portfolio. As a growing, internationally operating supplier, CWS ensures planning safety and service in the familiar quality for its customers. As an experienced partner in the kitting out of employees with corresponding workwear, CWS will continue the company’s legacy responsibly and reliably.
