FAQs about cleanroom cleaning
How do you train your employees?
- All our employees are trained as ‘clean operators’ in a one-week basic training course. They learn the basics of behaviour in cleanrooms.
- You will be made fit to behave correctly in your cleanroom and to use the correct wiping techniques. This ensures that your cleaning and disinfection processes are carried out reliably and professionally in accordance with your SOP/hygiene plan.
- In accordance with our training plan, all employees must complete three ongoing training courses per year (so-called quality training). The training programme is supplemented by ad hoc training courses.
How are absences due to illness covered?
We employ additional staff in order to be able to replace any absences with personnel trained in your SOP/hygiene plan if necessary. Depending on the size of the site, there is always a staff buffer and regional stand-ins.
What is your response time in the event of an incident?
Depending on the extent of the incident, we will be on site quickly. For minor issues, we can be there within 2 hours; for larger issues, there should usually be enough staff on site within 48 hours.
What should be done in the event of contamination in the cleanroom?
In general, the cause of contamination should be clarified in order to initiate the correct cleaning or disinfection measures. Our team will professionally remove any type of contamination!
Sustainability in cleanroom cleaning
Sustainability is very important to CWS Cleanrooms. That is why we offer sustainable alternatives and integrate them into our circular business model. Below are two innovative examples of cleanroom cleaning:
The first sustainable packaging solution for mops: the MopCube made from 100% recycled PET material. Instead of the usual individual plastic films, we pack 5 or 10 of the standard 40cm mop covers in the decontaminated packaging solution.
This avoids large quantities of plastic waste and reduces set-up times on site. In addition, the wipe covers are delivered flat, which avoids the usual folded edge.
