Ansul kitchen extinguishing system - advice, installation & maintenance

The extinguishing agent Ansulex was specifically developed for the catering sector and industrial applications. Thus, grease fires can be extinguished safely by a very fast release. In addition, when the fire alarm is triggered, kitchen appliances are automatically switched off and the extinguishing agent is sprayed through special nozzles onto the source of the fire and adjacent exhaust bonnets and ducts. The foam formation cuts off the oxygen supply and the fire is then smothered. Ansul extinguishing systems offer more safety than CO2 fire extinguishers, which can be dangerous for users. Extinguishing blankets are not an alternative and are also banned by the employers' liability insurance associations.
