Your tasks as a fire safety technician
As a fire protection technician, you can work for us in various areas of preventive fire protection; we will determine the exact product area together. Your area of work is diverse; we have customers from industry, hotels & catering, the public sector, educational institutions and other sectors. Your job as a fire protection technician includes the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of:
- Fire extinguishers
- Fire doors and gates
- Hazard alarm systems
- Fire extinguishing water technology and hydrants
- Automatic extinguishing systems
- Smoke and heat extraction systems
- Structural fire protection
- Safety lighting
- Warning detectors
- Video and burglar systems
What you should bring with you as a fire protection technician
- Completed vocational training and experience in fire protection
- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- Independent and responsible action
- Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented communication
- Class B driving license
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German (at least B2 level)

Service vehicles for fire protection technicians
Our fire protection technicians are mainly on the road in Mercedes vehicles such as Sprinter, Vito or Citan. These are fully equipped with all the necessary tools and spare parts so that even unforeseen repairs can be carried out directly on site - without any additional travel. This not only contributes to efficiency, but also reduces CO₂ emissions.
In addition, our latest service vehicles offer maximum comfort: heated seats, air conditioning and, depending on the location, auxiliary heating ensure pleasant working conditions, regardless of the weather.
Strong company and regional teams
CWS Fire Safety is a strong company with around 900 employees. We are certified for our quality management, environmental protection management and safety and health management.
