Preparations

We are an active and experienced buyer with a proven team that can finalise the transaction step by step in close coordination with you, the seller. We recommend that you, as the company owner, liaise with your tax advisor, as key business figures for recent years will be requested as part of the transaction. There are no obligations until the purchase agreement is signed at the notary's office and the ongoing process can be cancelled by either party.

Individual steps

The process of acquiring a company begins with getting to know each other and discussing the company's development. A non-disclosure agreement is concluded to ensure confidentiality. The first key figures for the company valuation are then requested in order to make a well-founded assessment of the company value and create the basis for further negotiations. A non-binding offer is submitted on the basis of this information. This is followed by due diligence, during which the economic, legal, tax and financial circumstances of the company are thoroughly examined and analysed. Once the due diligence has been completed, a purchase agreement is agreed and signed.
