Well-trained employees make a significant contribution to the success of a company. This also applies to fire safety. Employees who know how to use fire extinguishers or keep escape and rescue routes clear make a major contribution to fire prevention.
The Occupational Health and Safety Act (§ 12) requires employers to teach all employees the correct behavior in the event of a fire at least once a year.
