Jörg, Specialist ERP
Jörg recently joined our central team. And anyone who starts their job in the central team first travels with one of our service technicians 🚚. That's what happened with Jörg. From Leipzig he took the train 🚆 to our CWS Fire Safety branch in Hamm. There he was met by Mike. Mike is a service technician 👨🔧 for technical fire safety and was able to put Jörg's skills through their paces 😉
Insight into practice
Jörg was shown how the maintenance of fire doors 🚪 and smoke detectors 🔉 works and also how smoke and heat extraction systems ♨️ are maintained in stairwells. "The assignment was very varied, on the one hand getting to know the different trades and on the other hand seeing the different places. From supermarkets to residential buildings to tax offices and kindergartens, everything was there. Mike explained his work to me very well 👍🏼 and the children in the kindergarten also listened curiously and asked questions 😉,” says Jörg with a smile on his face 🥰
Jörg's new challenge
Jörg is responsible for the integration of our new ERP system and the introduction and training at our locations. "During my ride, I noticed how much documentation is necessary in fire safety 🔥 and the fact that we are now optimizing this is an absolute asset," Jörg adds.
