Highlights

  • Suitable for various fire classes
  • Larger quantities of extinguishing agent
  • 10kg, 30kg, 50kg, and 60kg devices available

Mobile fire extinguishers are used wherever there is an increased risk of fire or where larger objects need to be protected – for example, in industrial plants, warehouses, workshops, airports, or parking garages. They have significantly larger quantities of extinguishing agent than portable models and are equipped with particularly powerful nozzles. This allows incipient fires to be fought more quickly, more precisely, and more effectively.

Despite their high extinguishing agent volume, mobile fire extinguishers are easy to move. A stable chassis, solid rubber tires, and a well-thought-out design ensure comfortable handling. For weights of 50 kg or more, we recommend that the devices be transported by two people.

Variants of mobile fire extinguishers

We offer a comprehensive range of mobile extinguishers for different fire classes:

  • Foam extinguisher (fluorine-free), 50 L – suitable for fire classes A and B (solid materials and liquid combustible materials)
  • Powder extinguisher, 30 kg and 50 kg – suitable for fire classes A, B, and C (solid materials, liquids, and gases)
  • CO₂ extinguisher, 10 kg, 30 kg, and 60 kg – suitable for fire class B (primarily for indoor use; limited effectiveness outdoors due to susceptibility to wind)

Tested safety and compliance with standards
All mobile fire extinguishers from CWS Fire Safety are available as stored pressure or rechargeable extinguishers. They meet the highest quality and safety standards and are officially tested in accordance with DIN EN 1866, GS, and CE.

Commissioning and maintenance by our experts

Commissioning must be carried out in accordance with the German Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) or by an approved monitoring body (ZÜS). Our experts at CWS Fire Safety will take care of this for you professionally and reliably.
Regular maintenance is also crucial for functional safety: Mobile fire extinguishers must be inspected by a qualified person at least every two years, as is the case with portable versions.

With our all-round carefree package, you are well covered: we take care of the delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of your mobile fire extinguishers. In addition, we offer you a customized maintenance contract on request – this means that your portable and mobile fire extinguishers are checked regularly and automatically, without any additional effort on your part.
