CWS is known as a partner for sustainable and efficient hygiene solutions. We focus on increasing digitalisation in order to simplify a higher level of hygiene in all premises in the future. The networking of buildings and systems with intelligent products can help to maintain a permanently high level of hygiene, optimise processes and improve services. This is also our approach to efficiently interrupting potential chains of infection.
CWS smartMate
Digital Washroom Solution
Data collection
The device reports data on usage, fill level, battery charge and operating errors.
Analysis
Our intelligent cloud software evaluates the collected data.
Summary
With the help of the summarised data, you can manage your washrooms perfectly.
In today's networked world, office buildings increasingly seem to behave like living organisms. Modern buildings breathe in and out, save energy and "think" to make office life more sustainable, safer and easier.
But does your building "think" about keeping you informed about what is going on in its washrooms?
Our latest offering, smartMate Digital Washroom Solution, fits perfectly into your existing building management system and helps your building think about your toilets. It keeps you and your cleaning staff informed of current maintenance needs.
All data in real time
SmartMate, as a fully digital dispenser management solution, provides hygiene insight from near real-time dispenser data combined with washroom traffic information.
Effective support
The smartMate system helps to optimise cleaning operations and gives cleaning staff timely warnings to ensure that hygiene requirements are met.
Intelligent material management
By intelligently detecting the fill level, smartMate helps to avoid a shortage of consumables and informs you about dispenser material problems.

Liward® Hygiene-Checkpoint
The plus in safety: temperature control at the entrance
Liward® is an innovative hygiene checkpoint. It can be used at the entrance of facilities such as industrial plants, department shops, retirement homes or schools in order to measure visitors’ temperature and automatically deny access to visitors with fever. Liward® provides an important contribution to the protection of employees and visitors against infections with diseases such as COVID-19.
Liward in action
Liward® measures the body temperature fully automatically and without additional personnel effort: If a person steps in front of the hygiene sluice, sensors measure the temperature by scanning visitors’ face without contact. In this way, people with an elevated temperature can be identified without contact. Coupling to the automatic door opening offers further advantages: if the measured body temperature is within a safe range, the Liward® opens the door to the building. In the measurement shows fever above acceptable level, access is denied and an employee is informed.

CWS SmartWash
Most pathogens are literally "passed on" from hand to hand. Careful hand hygiene is therefore the most important prevention against infectious diseases. With CWS Smart Wash a new chapter in hand hygiene is now beginning: the innovative mixer tap dispenses water, soap and air premixed, ensuring that future100% of washroom users will use soap when washing their hands with CWS Smart Wash.
The CWS Smart Wash also significantly reduces water consumption compared to a standard tap: to just200 ml instead of about 2 l of water per hand wash cycle! The ingenious pre-dosing saves up to 90% water and up to 60% soap.
But even when we use soap we often do not wash our hands properly. This is why we have developed a useful addition to the CWS Smart Wash: A digital mirror that is networked with the tap. With the help of easily understandable animations, it guides you through the entire hand washing processand improves hand hygiene in the long term. With the digital mirror, CWS Smart Wash becomes CWS Smart Wash Plus.
