“I was convinced by CWS Hygiene because of the sustainability aspect - I knew that if I was selling something, it had to be something I am committed to.” It was the aspect of sustainability in particular but also the company's expertise, 
which made Erwin choose CWS Hygiene. “I started in 2022 as an Account Manager and am now a Key Account Manager. That's something I really look for in a job, because I wanted long-term growth.”

Growing beyond yourself

“My ambition is what carries me through my day-to-day work, just as it does when I do sports: I never give up. Once I've started something, I finish it. I benefit from this in my challenging and varied work. Achieving my goals makes me particularly proud, which is not always easy in challenging times like these.” Erwin emphasizes that challenges should not be seen as something negative, but rather as an opportunity to grow. He finds this opportunity in his work at CWS Hygiene: “If I had to describe my work at CWS Hygiene in one word, it would be challenging—which is not to be understood negatively. I really appreciate the fact that my work challenges me and makes me grow beyond myself.”
