“What I value most about my work at CWS Hygiene is the concept of sustainability we stand for:
Making the old cloth towel attractive again, updating old ideas, and making them suitable for

“My ambition is what carries me through my day-to-day work, just as it does when I do sports: I never give up. Once I've started something, I finish it. I benefit from this in my challenging and varied work. Achieving my goals makes me particularly proud, which is not always easy in challenging times like these.” Erwin emphasizes that challenges should not be seen as something negative, but rather as an opportunity to grow. He finds this opportunity in his work at CWS Hygiene: “If I had to describe my work at CWS Hygiene in one word, it would be challenging—which is not to be understood negatively.
