Initial dispenser, but CWS contract?

CWS is your hygiene partner. So why is there an Initial logo on some of your dispensers?

CWS was in a joint venture with Rentokil-Initial from 2017-2019. As part of this collaboration, Rentokil-Initial sold a total of 14 companies belonging to the Rentokil-Initial Group in 10 European countries to CWS. In the course of this, all Initial customers of these companies, as well as their rental products, were taken over by CWS. The termination of the joint venture has no impact on the service contracts with CWS, therefore Initial dispensers will also continue to be serviced by CWS.
