The long-sleeved coat specially tailored for women functions like a lightning conductor and conducts electrostatic charges away from the product – stopping them from jumping to sensitive electrical components. This special effect is thanks to the popular fabric Conductex®, which is a blend of 75% polyester, 23% cotton and 2% conductive carbon fibres. The material with integrated carbon conducts electrostatic charges away from the product quickly and in a controlled manner. In addition, the fabric of the ladies’ coat is highly breathable, pleasantly light at 130 g/m² and comfortable to wear over everyday clothes. Typical of CWS workwear, it also impresses with robustness and durability – even after many washes. Its long cut ensures this ESD workwear offers excellent ESD protection during both standing and seated work. In addition to adjustable cuffs, the highlights of the long-sleeved ladies’ coat from the ESD Safe Line collection include concealed press studs on the front, a breast pocket and two side pockets with slanted openings. There is an EPA logo embroidered on the upper left arm, making it immediately clear that the garment offers protection against electrostatic discharges.
