These work dungarees made from a blend of Nomex® fibres, modacrylic, cotton and carbon complement the excellent heat and flame protection properties with certified maximum protection against fault arcs. In contrast to many of its rivals, CWS produces the dungarees with a two-layer design on all sides – not just the front. As such, the dungarees also protect employees from thermal influences behind their backs. The fault arc protection clothing’s low weight of just 405 g/m2 is another unique selling point: the user benefits from a particularly high level of wearing comfort.

Electronics manufacturing and energy supply are just two of the many areas where this diverse collection can be ideally employed. The use of our partner DuPont’s Nomex® fibres known from motor racing offers reliable protection against heat and flames. Even after numerous washes, the clothing still retains these qualities as well as protecting against fault arcs. Air between the two layers of the design also provides additional heat insulation.

The work dungarees available in two shades of blue offer plenty of storage space for tools. In addition to a bib pocket with a zip and a reinforced folding rule pocket, there is a back pocket and a leg pocket as well as two side seam pockets. With the exception of the latter, CWS equips all pockets with flaps and concealed press studs to comply with the requirements for heat protection clothing – these functional details prevent liquids from penetrating the clothing. The certified level of protection against fault arcs and heat can only be achieved when the work dungarees and jacket are worn together. They must cover the throat, arms and legs completely.

If you would like to add company logos or name tags to the protective clothing, our customer consultant will be happy to provide you with further information on the available possibilities.
