Flexibility and protective function are the focus of these multi-standard work trousers, which have heat and flame protection covered as well as protecting against fault arcs, weld spatter and chemicals. Thanks to the integrated carbon, they also have an anti-static function. The versatile range of features means the trousers can be employed flexibly, for example in the metal and chemical industry, when transporting hazardous substances and in the energy sector.
CWS uses a high percentage of sustainable LenzingTM viscose for the multi-standard trousers, a flame-resistant high-performance fibre that the manufacturer predominantly harvests from beech wood. CWS is setting new standards in sustainability in the multifunctional clothing segment. In addition, the LenzingTM viscose offers outstanding breathability and excellent wearing comfort – weighing in at just 250 g/m2 the multi-standard work trousers scores highly in the field of multifunctional protection. In addition, Profi Line Protection satisfies the strict Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which also applies for baby clothes, for example.
A total of seven pockets – including a folding rule pocket and a leg pocket – offer plenty of storage space for tools. Reflective piping on the sides increases visibility during day-to-day work, whilst knee pad pockets ensure the wearer also enjoys a high level of comfort when kneeling to perform work.
Customers can order the trousers either in grey or in blue. Areas particularly prone to soiling and wear and tear are in a contrasting dark colour making dirt less obvious.

They have all committed themselves to the requirements of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and CWS additionally audits suppliers in risk countries to verify their compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct. At the same time, CWS develops and processes durable and recyclable workwear with textiles and raw materials which are as sustainable as possible. Renting clothing from us for years saves resources. Damaged parts are not replaced straight away but repaired whenever and wherever possible. The washing and drying processes in our industrial laundries use electricity and other energies as efficiently as possible. Fresh water is used repeatedly instead of just once.
