The welding trousers, like the entire proFlex4® Advanced collection, are among the classics from CWS: the products have proven themselves in use by numerous customers for over 20 years. The welding protective clothing is suitable for all welding work in protection class 1 as well as for flexing and grinding. The trousers also protect the wearer from UV radiation and provide arc, chemical and heat/flame protection. The same applies to antistatic.
These versatile protective properties are made possible by a patented high-performance fabric. The welding trousers, available in dark blue and blue, are made of aramid, flame-resistant viscose and carbon. A proportion of Kevlar® gives the fabric very good tear and cut resistance. In addition, the welder's work trousers impress with their durability: even after many washing cycles, they retain their 5-fold protective effect.
The welding trousers have a concealed waistband button, ergonomic knee pad pockets and reflective zones at calf level. A total of six pockets hold many utensils. CWS has placed easily recognisable standard pictograms on the folding rule pocket. Due to its similar design, the proFlex4® Advanced collection can be combined with the Metalworker and Machine Protection lines.
Please make sure to wear the welding trousers only in a set with the matching jacket - only then can the clothing reliably protect the wearer. CWS can apply name emblems or company logos to the trousers on request.

CWS also has suppliers in risk countries regularly audited according to the BSCI Code of Conduct. At the same time, CWS develops and processes durable, recyclable workwear using the most sustainable materials and raw materials possible. The many years of use of our rental clothing conserves resources. Damaged parts are not immediately replaced, but repaired as far as possible. The washing and drying processes in our industrial laundries use electricity and other energies as efficiently as possible. Fresh water is used several times instead of just once.
