The patented high-performance fabric protects the wearer from electric arcs, chemicals, electrostatic discharges, heat and flames as well as welding beads. The proFlex4® Advanced collection has been part of the CWS product portfolio for over 20 years and has proven itself in numerous application scenarios. In addition to the versatile protection level, the welding protective clothing convinces with high wearing comfort and UV protection 50+. At the same time, they are suitable for all welding activities of protection class 1 including flexing and grinding. The fabric mix also contains a proportion of Kevlar® , which makes the jacket robust, durable and tear and cut resistant.

The details of the welding jacket include the fold-down stand-up collar with concealed press stud and width-adjustable sleeve hems. Reflective zones on the arm and back area increase the employee's visibility in poor light conditions. CWS has attached standard pictograms under the zip flap on the front. The welding protective clothing has two chest pockets and two side pockets. CWS has provided all four with flaps and concealed press studs so that liquids cannot penetrate. Due to the similar design, the collection fits well with the Metalworker and Machine Protection lines. CWS offers the jacket in dark blue/grey/red, dark blue/red and blue/red.
