Cutting, grinding, MAG welding – the welder protective clothing cuts a great figure in all of these Class 2 welding jobs. The wearer especially benefits from the workwear’s reliable and continuous level of protection in confined spaces and forced postures. In addition, the jacket also boasts an antistatic function and offers heat and flame protection.

CWS employs Secan Plus, a blend of cotton, polyamide and carbon, as the outer material and additional proFlex4® modules are added to areas of the body at particular risk such as the arms. These patch elements are made of aramid, flame-resistant viscose and carbon. The welder jacket is very robust and impresses with its durability: the proFlex4® modules can be repaired with ease if and as necessary. At just 390 g/m2, the Pure Welding 2 collection is considerably lighter than many of its rivals.

The dark blue welder jacket has a turn-down stand-up collar and concealed zip on the front. The width of the cuffs can be adjusted with the press studs. Reflective piping on the chest and back increases the wearer’s visibility in low-light conditions. Two breast pockets with flap and press studs along with two inside breast pockets provide plenty of space for tools.

Please always wear the work jacket together with the corresponding trousers or dungarees – the employee only benefits from the welder clothing’s high level of protection if the neck, arms and legs are covered at all times. Your customer consultant will be happy to advise you if you would like to add name tags or a company logo to the welder jacket. One last tip: The Pure Welding 2 clothing goes perfectly with the Metaller and proFlex4® Advanced collections – together the ranges produce a uniform team look.

Sustainability

Our workwear impresses thanks to its durable, recyclable materials that are as sustainable as possible. If an item does become damaged, we repair rather than replace it whenever and wherever possible – thus saving resources. We set great store by the efficient use of energy in the washing and drying processes in our industrial laundries. Fresh water is reprocessed and used multiple times. CWS ensures that its suppliers operate in accordance with ethical and sustainability standards. They have all committed themselves to the requirements of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and CWS additionally audits suppliers in risk countries to verify their compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct.
