CWS ESD Safe Line: Coat Men

From work coats to shirts and waistband trousers: with ESD Safe Line, CWS has created a workwear range tailored to the special requirements of ESD workplaces. Background: Electrostatic discharge presents a great risk for sensitive electronic components. This form of electricity is invisible to the human eye, meaning it often goes unnoticed by staff. The only solution: workwear with ESD protection. It is made from the conductive material Conductex®. Our long-sleeved men’s coat with knitted cuffs is recommended for staff working with highly sensitive electronic components. The carbon fibres woven into the blend of polyester and cotton are excellent at conducting both heat and electricity, ensuring electrostatic discharges are conducted away from the product quickly and in a controlled manner. In this way, ESD workwear prevents the sometimes irreparable and often fatal damage of electronic components. CWS offers the men’s coat version with knitted cuffs in white. Its long cut makes the work coat ideal for seated work too. The front closes with concealed press studs. The long sleeves end in stretchy knitted cuffs. There are also two side pockets with slanted openings and a breast pocket. The material weighs just 130 g/m2 and offers breathability, durability and high wearing comfort.
