HR Generalist

CWS Workwear Croatia is looking for an HR Generalist to support our team and contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of HR processes across our organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, ensuring compliance, supporting daily HR operations, and participating in regional initiatives within the CEE cluster.

What You’ll Do (Part‑Time Role)

  • Handle day‑to‑day HR administration and provide guidance to managers and employees

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies

  • Analyze HR and salary data, prepare reports, and support decision‑making

  • Coordinate payroll activities with an external provider

  • Maintain and improve HR end‑to‑end processes

  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and regional HR teams

  • Participate in selected international HR projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR department (administration and recruitment)

  • Strong understanding of local labor market trends

  • Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices

  • Ability to analyze compensation data and prepare insights

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Experience working with external payroll providers

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)

  • Good command of English
