For our newly setup international hygiene core marketing team we are looking for an enthusiastic and social media-savvy Digital Marketeer.

What will you be doing?

As Digital Marketeer you play a central role in taking forward our digital marketing, communication tools and platforms. You develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns to deliver a superior user experience driving revenue potential and brand relevance. This includes partly maintaining and designing the CWS website and partner sites. You report directly to our Head of Divisional Marketing and work closely together with sales and the regional marketing and digitalisation colleagues.

  • Oversee all digital programs and platforms, for which you curate and create content that helps build CWS' social media channels;

  • Drive optimisation strategies to ensure best user experience on for the hygiene division;

  • Responsible for all online database management and data dashboards to monitor company and department goals and KPI's to identify areas for growth and and improvement;

  • Monthly and quarterly analyse data and set up reports to measure performance, placement and effectiveness of external marketing efforts and share best practises with relevant stakeholders;

  • Create customer profiling and segmentation, identify trends and generate, qualify and prioritse inbound leads;

  • Provide A/B- and multivariate testing to improve customer experience, marketing effectiveness and profitability;

  • Nurture the CWS brand through effective reputation management and implement customer feedback options to capture the voice of our customers.

Who are you?

  • You have a strong background in digital marketing, including content management, digital analytics, CRM tools, usage of Adobe and more;

  • We can describe you as a social media-savvy who is data driven and has solid communication and presentation skills;

  • You know all about SEO, SEM, digital acquisition, customer profiling and segmentation strategies and/or are willing to learn more about these topics;

  • You are fluent in English, a second and/or third language proficiency is a strong pre (e.g. German or Dutch);

  • You are a team player who easily connects with colleagues from different departments and regions;

  • Willingness to travel across the group at least once a month (after COVID), in the meantime you are comfortable working in a remote team.
