The Pure Welding 2 range is perfectly coordinated to Class 2 welding jobs. The welder trousers offer heat and flame protection as well as protecting against electrostatic discharges. They really come into their own in demanding MAG welding processes or when employees are working in forced postures and confined spaces. In combination with the corresponding work jacket, the work trousers are suitable for all prolonged welding activities.

The outer material is made of Secan Plus, a blend of cotton, polyamide and carbon. In addition, CWS reinforces the areas of the trousers particularly prone to wear and tear with proFlex4^® fabric: the mix of aramid, flame-resistant viscose and carbon impresses with its high resilience and strength. Special bonus: The modular solution with two layers of textiles makes the welder protective clothing easy to repair and therefore very long-lasting. At just 390 g/m², the trousers are considerably lighter than many of their rivals.

The welder trousers feature a concealed waistband button and ergonomic knee pad pockets, plus there are a total of six pockets for storing tools and other aids. The dark blue design of the Pure Welding 2 range means it goes really well with proFlex4^® Advanced and Metaller workwear.

Note: To achieve the certified level of protection, the trousers must be worn together with the corresponding work jacket. The neck, arms and legs must be kept covered at all times.
