The protective welder clothing in the proFlex4^® Essence collection also includes practical dungarees. These protect against chemicals, fault arcs, electrostatic discharges as well as heat and flames. They also safeguard the wearer from weld spatter and molten iron splashes, making them ideal for all Class 1 protection welding work. The patented high-performance fabric is made of aramid, flame-resistance viscose and carbon. The dungaree’s integrated Kevlar^® fibres guarantee first-class cut and tear resistance. Further highlights of the welder protective clothing are protection from UV rays up to 50+, such as can occur during welding work in the metal industry.

The work dungarees from CWS come in the colour combinations dark blue/grey and in a single-colour lighter shade of blue. The red elasticated braces with quick-release buckles included on both models create a eye-catching colour contrast. In addition, the straight-cut trousers feature side stretch zones, a zip fly and thigh reinforcement with integrated knee pad pockets. A total of six pockets, including a bib, folding rule and back pocket, offer plenty of space for tools. With heat and flame protection in mind, CWS designed the pockets with flaps and concealed press studs.
