Individual accountabilities/responsibilities:

  • Develop and lean organization towards profitability with the ambition to outperform the market.
  • Responsible for budget planning and execution (P&L responsible)
  • Define local growth strategy in line with regional business strategy
  • Responsible for outperforming the market development in Poland (ownership of all customer touchpoints; direct contacts with the largest customers)
  • Drive development of new business; co-steering Sales organization in Poland
  • Improve customer experience – responsible for CNPS improvement.
  • Foster strong performance culture through ambitious target setting & constantly efficient people development (ENPS constant improvement)
  • Keep cancellation rates at lowest level (customer life cycle management, churn prevention)
  • Optimize service logistics quality & costs

Key Leadership/Management Behavior/Experience:

  • Successful track record of 5 years in managing Sales or Customer Care Teams
  • Target & performance driven, can-do attitude –ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Should have worked in a management position within the hygine rental industry or a similar long-term contract related business.
