Key tasks & responsibilities

  • Leading small teams

  • Strategic purchasing of indirect material and services for 7 Eastern European countries

  • Identification of cost reduction potential in coordination with the departments involved

  • Creation and implementation of tenders

  • Preparing and conducting negotiations

  • Drafting and conclusion of delivery agreements and framework agreements


  • Completed business studies

  • Approximately 5-7 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing in a medium-sized company and / or initial experience in a management consultancy with a focus on procurement issues

  • A convincing personality paired with a high service mentality

  • Willingness to perform, communication and teamwork skills as well as implementation skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Targeted, action-oriented work

  • Hands-on mentality

  • Language skills: business fluent English + EEU

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP advantageous
