Responsibilities:
- You will support locations throughout Poland and, if necessary, throughout Europe as 2nd level support remotely via e-mail/ticket or telephone as well as through occasional on-site visits
- You are also responsible for the hardware inventory at the locations and thus - together with the 3rd level support as part of a virtual product team
- Keep our knowledge base up to date
- You work on integration projects on site, e.g. setting up workstations and supporting our specialist teams (3rd level support) as the “executive arm” according to their instructions
- You are also constantly in close contact with the helpdesk (1st level support) in order to continuously improve service quality together
- You classify and document requests in the ticket system and process them independently or forward them to the respective specialist teams
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT Hardware.
- Utilize our ITSM tool for efficient registration, documentation, and tracking of service requests, incidents, and maintenance activities to ensure streamlined IT operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Work in an international environment with IT colleagues in other countries.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product advancements and technological developments.
- Travel regularly to client sites across Poland, with the possibility of occasional travel to other European locations if required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a IT field service, IT technical support or 2nd level support.
- You have already gained a few years of professional experience in the IT sector and preferably even successfully completed your training in the IT sector
- Proficiency in using IT Tools and software.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
