CWS Hygiene Romania is looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to lead our local logistics and service operations. In this role, you will oversee daily transportation activities, optimize delivery routes, coordinate service technicians, and ensure efficient and compliant vehicle fleet management. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our logistics strategy while directly supervising a small team of administrative and service staff.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and logistics admins
Plan and optimize delivery routes and daily schedules
Coordinate suppliers, carriers, and subcontractors
Manage vehicle procurement, allocation, and fleet compliance
Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvements
Ensure high-quality service standards and smooth daily operations
Support HR with recruiting and onboarding of service staff
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance
What We’re Looking For
Experience in logistics/transportation/fleet management
Confident people leader with strong communication skills
Hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset
Good command of English; Romanian required
ERP knowledge is a plus
