With the Alpha Welding 2 welder overalls, employees are optimally equipped for even the most extreme of conditions, for example, radiant and convective heat or MAG welding processes. The practical overalls cover the neck, arms and legs, plus the protection level corresponds to welder protection class 2. Its innovative Tecapro® textile is composed of flame-resistant cotton, durable polyester and the anti-static fibre Static Control™. The high cotton content makes them very comfortable for the wearer and offers great freedom of movement. In addition, the overalls are extremely robust and durable. Another bonus: CWS employs a special weaving technique to produce a particularly smooth material surface – weld spatter and metal splashes are thus repelled effortlessly. 

The overalls are available in dark grey and dark blue, impressing with a stand-up collar which can be closed with a press stud, reflective piping and stripes for improved visibility, knee pad pockets and an elasticated waist. There are concealed press studs on the front – an important detail for the protective features – and the cuffs are also adjustable. Reach-through pockets on the side allow quick and easy access to clothing worn beneath the overalls. CWS has also included pictograms showing the garment’s protective features on the left leg pocket. The overalls’ highlights include the many pockets offering space for storing all kinds of tools: these include a bellows pocket with folding rule compartment, a breast pocket and a back pocket.
