Description
CWS uses a patented high-performance fabric for this welder jacket. It is made of flame-resistant viscose, carbon and aramids including Nomex® and Kevlar®. Whilst the Nomex® fibres guarantee reliable heat and flame protection, the Kevlar® content results in very good cut resistance and durability. The material also protects against fault arcs and chemicals and even prevents electrostatic discharges. The welder jacket is ideal for all Class 1 protection welding jobs, for example in the metal industry. Above and beyond this, it offers 50+ UV protection, i.e., it shields against the UV radiation which can occur when welding.
The jacket has a turn-down collar and concealed press studs on the front. The width of the cuffs can be adjusted with the press studs. Two chest and two side pockets offer plenty of space for tools, all pockets are finished with flaps and concealed press studs. And not to forget an inside pocket with press stud.
The proFlex4® Essence collection is an established classic in the CWS portfolio: These garments have proven their worth to numerous companies over the last 20 years. The robust fabric is highly durable and boasts exceptional performance properties even after multiple washes. Employees can choose between the colours blue, dark blue or a combination of dark blue/grey. CWS would be delighted to add your company logo or name tags to the welder protective clothing. Contact your customer consultant for more information.
As always: the welder jacket and trousers must be worn together for certified standard-compliant protection. The clothing must cover the arms, legs and neck at all times.
