Will personal sizing for workwear be replaced by EasyFit?
Yes, to determine the right size for your employees' workwear, we combine knowledge of the human body using body scans and our knowledge of workwear and design. Together with the data entered by the employees, this results in a recommended size. This service, called EasyFit, is now available. Anyone who prefers a personal size determination on site can also book this for their company.
Will the EasyFit link I receive expire at some point?
No, this is an individual link for your company that remains active. The link is specific to the respective CWS customer ID and delivery address.
How does filling out EasyFit online work?
We send companies a link by e-mail. All employees select their language and name and answer the questions step by step by using a slider or direct input.
This will take no longer than 2 minutes. It is important to make sure that you enter all the data correctly, as the right clothing size depends on this. Watch the video.
What are the hygienic advantages of online sizing?
This tool is used to fill out a form online. Therefore, no personal contact is required for the measurement. This makes the EasyFit tool a hygienic, safe solution in times of corona.

Do I have to try on clothes when I use the EasyFit tool?
No, it is sufficient to provide personal details. There is no need to try on a garment. The EasyFit tool performs the calculation and orders the right size.
Do I need a tape measure to fill in the EasyFit tool?
No, this is not necessary. EasyFit does, however, require information on age, weight and height as well as some information on body shape. It is not necessary to take your own measurements.
I know my size. Why do I have to fill in the EasyFit tool?
Each brand or manufacturer has its own sizing system. The sizes are therefore different. To determine the right size for your workwear, you need to complete the EasyFit tool. The online tool uses your personal data to calculate the right size for your workwear.
If CWS does not receive the employee's measurements either online or through a personal fitting, the cost of exchanging an ill-fitting garment will be charged.
Can I order workwear without taking measurements in person or without using the online tool?
We need the measurements of all employees to order workwear. If CWS does not receive the measurements either online or through a personal fitting, it is possible that the clothing will not fit properly.
I don't know my weight or my height. What should I do?
We would then ask you to weigh yourself once and measure your size. This information is necessary for EasyFit to determine the correct size.
I have entered something incorrectly in the tool. What should I do?

I can't enter my weight, height and age. What should I do?
Please get in touch with your CWS contact person. If the problem cannot be resolved, a personal fitting will be carried out.
What happens after I have completed the online form?
CWS receives the recommended size via the online tool and places the order for the garments.
What happens if the garment I receive doesn't fit?
If a garment does not fit, CWS Workwear will supply replacement garments free of charge. CWS will contact you to find out what went wrong so that this does not happen again. It is therefore particularly important to provide correct information in order to receive the right size recommendation.
I have already completed the online form once. Why do I have to do it again for an additional item of clothing?
If you completed the tool more than 6 months ago, we will request the data again.
For legal reasons, we only store the data for 6 months. In addition, the information may change over time. Therefore, we prefer to always use up-to-date data for the best possible size recommendation.
There are new employees in my company. What do I have to do?
Get in touch with your CWS contact person so that the names of these employees can be added to the EasyFit link for online sizing. You can also enter the names directly on the page when you open the link. The faster you enter the data, the sooner we can order the garments for you.
How will my data be used?
