The path of your garment

Discover the detailed process from production to delivery including our weekly service to ensure your team is always professionally dressed.

Behind the Scenes: unveiling the journey of your workwear product cycle

In the workplace, everyone wants to look ‘spic and span’ without having to worry about their workwear. CWS Workwear takes care of the entire process: from the cooperation agreement to fitting, maintenance and delivery....

But how does our service work, which route does your ordered garments take....

1. The agreement

It all starts with our agreement. Together, we determine which garments you need. Whether it's basics, comfortable (protective) work trousers or stylish shirts, we make sure that each item fits your company's needs and requirements perfectly.

2. Fitting and ordering

To make it easy for everyone, we take measurements via our online tool 'EasyFit'. (link to the easyfit page) Every employee can provide his/her measurements via this free tool, which is available 24/7. When all the info is available, we order it. Each garment is then adapted to the wearer's specific wishes and needs. This can mean lengthening or shortening trousers, or adding a company logo to garments.

3. Tailor-made

To ensure that each garment always reaches the right person, we tag the garments with a QR code containing the wearer's details. This QR code makes it easy to return the clothes to the right employee after washing. Our clothes are then pre-washed to ensure they are clean and fresh when they are first delivered.

4. Weekly service

Our service does not stop with the first delivery. Every week, we collect the worn clothes, wash them thoroughly and return them clean and tidy. Should there be anything wrong with the clothes, such as a tear or a loose button, we make the necessary repairs. If necessary, we will even replace garments so that your employees always look neat and presentable.

5. End of garment life

When a garment can no longer be used, we aim to recycle it as much as possible. This way, we contribute to a sustainable future and reduce our ecological footprint.
