Your tasks as E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & B2B Activation (m/f/d)

As an E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & B2B Activation, you will play a key role in building and scaling our Amazon business while driving digital sales activation across our B2B channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will establish efficient processes, coordinate marketplace activities, and contribute to the long-term growth of our digital commerce business. Through your expertise in e-commerce, project management, and performance optimization, you will help shape one of our strategic growth initiatives.

Your role with us as E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & B2B Activation (m/f/d)

  • Driving the successful launch, development, and continuous expansion of our Amazon business and marketplace presence

  • Coordinating external Amazon agencies and service providers while ensuring high-quality execution of product listings, content, and Brand Store activities

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving scalable internal processes, governance models, and cross-functional workflows for Amazon operations

  • Monitoring business performance, analyzing KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, conversion rates, and marketplace performance

  • Planning and executing digital sales activation initiatives and go-to-market concepts for B2B customers across international markets

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and external partners to deliver seamless digital commerce initiatives

  • Several years of professional experience within the Amazon ecosystem (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or an Amazon agency)

  • Proven experience launching and scaling Amazon businesses or marketplace operations

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience coordinating external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace management with a solid understanding of Amazon processes and governance

  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems; knowledge of B2B e-commerce is an advantage

  • Fluent business English and German language skills, both written and spoken
