We are currently looking for a

Helpdesk Specialist (m/f/d)

Furthermore your day will consist of:

  • Providing Technical Support at the level of Windows operating systems
  • Work in close cooperation with our Helpdesk team to ensurethat all thetickets are solved.
  • Independently solve tickets or ensurethatare correctly forwarded to the correct team in the process
  • Assist in Master Data, creating users in AD,
  • Is responsible for process execution/documentation
  • Is managing the requests received internallyto ensure theoptimal functionalityof the IT infrastructure andbusiness applications

What do we expect from you:

  • Has first experience in working in a technical helpdesk or serivcedesk.
  • Understanding of common computer hardware and common technical terminology
  • Have a logical and customer oriented approachGood listening skills –the ability to understand ambiguous information, probe and consolidate into useable data
  • You speak good French and English
  • German skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge and experience in ticketing procedure, prioritization of tickets, experience on common ticketing tools
