As of January 2025, Alex van Denderen has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CWS Hygiene. With extensive experience in finance, strategy, and M&A, Alex most recently served as CFO at AUMUND Group. Throughout his career, Alex has managed complex business functions and worked closely with leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

Peter Mogg: Strengthening M&A and Corporate Development

In order to strengthen CWS Hygiene’s focus on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development initiatives and international expansion, Peter Mogg has been appointed to lead a newly created function as Chief Corporate Development Officer.

Peter brings a rare breadth and depth of expertise and over a decade of experience in these corporate development disciplines. He has an impressive track record of driving step change strategic growth in complex international B2B services environments, and balancing organic expansion with targeted acquisitions.

Mira Kovacheva has assumed the position of Group Commercial Director. She brings extensive commercial experience across sales, product management, and marketing from Danaher.
