The collected data is very accurate and processed in an easy-to-understand traffic light indication regarding the dispenser status. This way you don‘t miss anything.

System and consumables warnings appear in the Devices screen of the iOS or Android app installed on your cleaning-personnels mobile devices or sent directly as a notification to you via email. You can also see all relevant information of your dispensers on your computer with the smartMate web portal.

Consumption history, device status and usage frequency reports are generated on demand and available as .svg, .png or .csv files. You can use them to manage your service options, consumable stocks, keep track of the washroom traffic and so much more.

Why IoT

Digitization, which has been ongoing for years, has an impact on almost every area of life. Among other things, companies are using digitalization to make processes more efficient, to gain new revenue potential or to obtain a new level of transparency through data. One part of digitalization is IoT ("Internet of Things"). It is a step into a new dimension: In the Internet of Things, the network extends to physical reality. Not only classic devices, but also machines, vehicles and assets of all kinds are now equipped with sensors and digitally recorded in the network – from the location and condition of a freight container to the pulse rate of a customer using a fitness tracker... ...or even to digitize the washroom, generate transparency and offer the customer an additional benefit.
