International Management Board Uta Bisson Management Board Uta Bisson has been part of the Management Board for CWS International GmbH and CWS Business Services GmbH since January 2023. She also holds the positions of Chief Transformation Officer (since Jan 2022) and Chief Human Resource Officer (since July 2020) at CWS Group. The business graduate started as Human Resource Director HYGIENE at the CWS Group in 2020. Previously, she worked as a management consultant at Rentokil Initial and Theron Advisory Group. Bisson has spent the first 25 years of her career in various positions at DHL, including as CFO and CEO. International Management Team Hartmut Engler Chief Divisional Officer CWS Workwear International Hartmut Engler joined the CWS Group in March 2021 as Chief Divisional Officer of the Workwear International division. He is also part of the CWS Executive Leadership Team. Hartmut Engler has more than 25 years of professional experience in the service sector to bring to his new role at CWS. After two years as a member of the Executive Board at the Dussmann Foundation, the engineering graduate was most recently a member of the Executive Board and Chief Digital Officer at Gegenbauer Holding, one of the largest German companies in the facility management industry. Velina Allerkamp Chief Divisional Officer CWS Hygiene International Velina Allerkamp leads the Hygiene Division since September 2021 as Chief Divisional Officer. She thus returned to the CWS Group: in March 2019, she had already taken on the role of Head of Corporate Development at CWS before moving to Haniel Holding, where she accompanied the realignment of the company. Most recently, she was responsible for the Progress segment at Haniel as Investment Partner. Velina Allerkamp started her career in 2005 in the M&A department of the investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, followed by seven years in investment banking and strategy consulting, and another seven years at the listed mechanical engineering group GEA Group AG.
