What is the best way to communicate certifications, standards, regulations and codes of conduct regarding hygiene, occupational safety and quality requirements in cleanrooms? This was the question posed by cleanrooms experts Britta Heck, Quality Manager Cleanrooms at CWS, Carsten Moschner, Managing Director of Dastex and Jürgen Blattner, co-owner of the engineering firm BSR. Together they had the idea for a knowledge game about cleanrooms, which has now been realised by CWS.
Cleanroom Masters is suitable for cleanroom experts and beginners. For this purpose, the industry experts have compiled a total of 600 knowledge questions from 6 different categories. These are all based on legal regulations such as the EU GMP guidelines, on guidelines such as VDI 2083 or on standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14644.
The game was presented at the digital trade fair Cleanzone, where it was nominated for the Cleanzone Award by the Frankfurt Cleanroom Fair. Afterwards the fair guests could vote for the knowledge game or another nominee. Britta Heck is pleased about being placed among the top three projects: "As Quality Manager Europe, it is important to me to communicate the complex regulations relating to cleanrooms in a sustainable manner. I am pleased that our game idea convinced the trade fair and the participants of the Cleanzone that we take home the third place.”
Interested parties who also want to convince themselves of the game now have the chance to do so: CWS Cleanrooms will send 500 copies of the game to interested parties who present a receipt for a donation of at least 50 euros to a selected charity.
Three steps to do good
1. The donor chooses one of the following two organizations:
2. The donor gives to the organization his/her amount (min. 50€) and the keyword "Cleanroom Masters"
3. The donor submits his/her donation receipt to CWS and receives a game
