Digital, time-independent and self-determined trainings via explanatory videos, animations, infographics and interactive exercises as well as final tests - the training concept of the CleanroomAcademy Online combines different formats for imparting and consolidating knowledge. And thus responds more strongly to the needs of the participants, according to Markus Schad, Regional Managing Director Healthcare & Cleanrooms: "People's learning behaviour has changed greatly in recent years due to the increasingly intensive use of media. With the CleanroomAcademy Online, we are now offering our customers a complementary service to the existing training options that takes this development into account."

Clear and intuitive learning portal with modern training concept

The courses can be purchased by invoice via a web shop and then completed in the intuitive and clear learning portal. A personal dashboard gives the participant an overview of the courses and personal progress at any time.

Once the participant has successfully completed all modules of a course, he or she receives a certificate of participation. The learning portal is available to the participant for 6 months, so that he or she can complete the content in an individual order, regardless of time.

"The learning portal is set up in such a way that participants can pick up where they left off at any time or repeat certain content - as often as they want. This way, they can determine their training time and learning speed themselves and do not have to adapt to external circumstances," explains Melanie Jahn, Head of Training and Coaching at the CleanroomAcademy.

To access CleanroomAcademy Online, the participant only needs a stable internet connection - on the PC, a tablet or even on the smartphone, it can then be started directly in the browser.

Efficiency and transparency also for the HR department

The online training courses can be booked by individual participants of a company or, especially for larger companies, collectively via the HR department. Here, it is possible to provide the entire team with access in an uncomplicated manner. "This offer is particularly interesting for HR departments that want to work both 100% DSGVO-compliant and efficiently," says Melanie Jahn. For this purpose, the CleanroomAcademy Online provides HR departments with their own HR reporting tool with role and rights configurations, with which the administration of courses, but also the import of employee data and reports on progress are easily possible.

Expansion of multilingual course offerings

For the start of the online training courses, the CleanroomAcademy offers the course "Behaviour in the Cleanroom" with a total of 5 modules in German. In the coming months, this will then also be available in English, Dutch and French.
