You can look forward to these tasks

  • Implement and execute the overall strategy for Cleanroom and set long & short-term sales strategies for assigned key customers

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the assigned key customer needs and requirements to support profitable portfolio growth by upselling

  • Expand the portfolio at the assigned key customers by continuously proposing new services by introducing innovations and optimisations that meet the objectives of the key customers

  • Generating new business at potential key customers which are assigned to the Regional Generalist and responsible for contract negotiation and  implementation including all other relevant documentation of our services

  • Registration of all relevant information of the (potential) key customers in the designated Customer Relationship Management Tool

  • Responsible for the communication between the key customers and other internal departments

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by the key customers and deal with complaints to maintain the relationship and trust

  • Provide regular management reports to key customers of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

These skills distinguish you

  • A degree in business administration and minimum 5 years of experience in the field or a related organization

  • Sales expert with high level of good business knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit, preferably knowledgeable in the cleanroom field

  • Ability to design and effectively implement both short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies 

  • Proven experience in cross-selling and practical experience in sales activities 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational strategies and sales techniques 

  • Possession of good networking capabilities

  • Strong analytical and supervisory skills, excellent communication skills

  • Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales

  • Fluent in German and English, other European languages would be a great advantage
