Fire protection accessories - an overview
Fire blanket
Fire blankets are a helpful supplement to fire extinguishers. They can be used to fight very small fires of fire class A and B. It should be noted that fire blankets are only recommended for objects and not for personal or grease fires. Furthermore, they are not a comprehensive replacement to fire extinguishers. Rescue sheet
For a safe and reliable transport of injured or immobile persons, a rescue sheet according to DIN 1865 is the ideal solution. It is also a good alternative for transporting people in difficult-to-pass terrain or narrow rooms and stairwells. The rescue sheet has a load capacity of 200 kg. The special heavy-duty version has a load capacity of up to 500 kg.
Fire extinguisher holder
There are suitable design stands and wall brackets in different versions and colours for all common fire extinguishers. The fire extinguisher stands are made of stainless steel or metal and are thus equipped for long-lasting use. In addition, the fire extinguisher stands have a timeless design and are ideal for public buildings, entrance areas and offices or business premises to freely place fire extinguishers. Fire extinguisher bonnet
Protective bonnets made of polyester or plastic can be used to protect portable fire extinguishers from rods and dirt. The fire extinguisher protective bonnets made of plastic are temperature-resistant and are also suitable for wall mounting. In addition, there are textile fire extinguisher protective covers made of polyester (orange and yellow) or mesh foil (transparent) for the fire extinguisher sizes 6kg, 12kg and 50kg. These are waterproof and UV-resistant, so they can also be used outdoors.
Fire extinguisher cabinet
In addition to fire extinguisher holders and fire extinguisher protective bonnets, protected storage of fire extinguishers in protective cabinets is also possible. These are extremely stable, robust and highly visible in red (RAL 3000) or white. The fire extinguisher protection cabinets can be used both indoors and outdoors and for one or more fire extinguishers weighing up to 12 kg. Installation is possible as a built-in variant (flush-mounted cabinet) or as a wall-mounted variant (surface-mounted cabinet).
