Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH conducted an independent customer survey in Germany. It evaluated 1,387 companies from 101 industries. In the hygiene and textile service sector, CWS Workwear came out on top. The target group surveyed was middle and top management.

CWS has a long history of close customer relationships. For example, Workwear customers remain loyal to the workwear service provider for an average of more than 15 years. "We are always personally there for our customers' concerns. They appreciate having a fixed contact person who is always there to advise them," Torben Ulitzka, Head of Customer Care DACH, explains the award and the company's approach to customer care.
CWS Workwear places a strong emphasis on regionality. The colleagues in the office and field service are always located close to the customer, which facilitates personal contact.
