CWS Workwear, one of Europe’s leading service provider for workwear is continuing its expansion in Central Eastern Europe by acquiring competitor Zaščita Ptuj d.o.o. in Slovenia.

Zaščita Ptuj d.o.o. is a family-owned business with 40 employees that operates a plant dedicated to workwear production and textile care in Ptuj, in the eastern part of Slovenia. Zaščita Ptuj provides a wide range of products and services in area of Healthcare, Hospitality and blue collar industry. The company generated revenues of around 3 million euros in 2022.

CWS Workwear is one of the leading service providers for workwear, operating in 15 European countries. The sustainable service offer includes the collection, washing, repair, maintenance and delivery of the workwear. The companies` goal is to become market leader in all its 15 countries.
