This long-sleeve work shirt is ideal for workers in the electroplating industry who deal with liquid chemicals in their day-to-day work. The high-quality chemical protective clothing is Type 6 certified and thus achieves the maximum level of protection possible in the textile clothing segment.
CWS has hydrophobized the polyester fabric of the work shirt so that the material repels water and oil. In addition, the workwear for the chemical industry also impresses with lap seams, the special finishing of which prevents liquids from getting caught. At the same time, these lap seams give the polyester fabric a particularly high tensile strength and bursting strength. The work shirt also protects against aerosols.
The high stand-up collar covers as much of the neck as possible. The sleeves can be customised flexibly with the adjustable cuffs and the front is closed with buttons. A breast pocket finished with a flap offers storage space for tools.
The grey shirt can be ideally combined with dungarees or trousers; only together do they offer the limited protection against liquid chemicals. Please remove the item of clothing immediately if it becomes contaminated. CWS will then take care of its professional reprocessing.
On request, CWS can also add name tags or your company’s logos to the chemical protective clothing. Our customer consultant will be happy to tell you more about the possibilities.
The polyester fabric repels water and oil ensuring nothing gets caught. The Type 6-certified work shirt protects against liquid chemical splashes and aerosols as well as reducing the risk of chemical burns.
Our workwear impresses thanks to its durable, recyclable materials that are as sustainable as possible. If an item does become damaged, we repair rather than replace it whenever and wherever possible – thus saving resources. When it comes to the washing and drying processes in our industrial laundries, we set great store by the efficient use of energy. Fresh water is reprocessed and used multiple times. CWS ensures that its suppliers operate in accordance with ethical and sustainability standards. They have all committed themselves to the requirements of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and CWS additionally audits suppliers in risk countries to verify their compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct.
